Motion to approve the request with the applicable fees, and resident in attendance, made by Pam Meyers; seconded by Mary Lou Isaac. Motion approved.

Good Friday hours will be our normal hours (5:00am- 10:00pm).

Old Business:
·       Although the Tri-Health program and fitness attendance increased from last year; other programs numbers were lower. In addition, the center hosted fewer sporting events and had fewer rentals in February, 2007.

·       Brent Field’s customer service skills continue to improve with patrons in the fitness center.

Director’s Report:
·       At the recent council committee meeting, David addressed trail signage and the farm’s upper meadow. Unfortunately, Gorman Heritage Farm and Park Hills Homeowners Association were unable to attend this meeting. Uniform trail signage throughout all the trails in the village is critical to the success of the trail system. The upper meadow will also be brush-cut this year.
Park Hills has been discussing their trails with someone in the Village regarding their trails. They have also been talking to James Jeffers regarding the cost of the bridge. Della Rucker is the new President of the Park Hills Homeowners’ Association. The Associations’ previous leadership had wanted to keep their trails private, or maybe lease them to the Village. Peggy Paff is the new director at the Farm. With new leadership in these two groups, there should be another trail meeting with everyone involved (Village, Gorman Heritage Farm, Park Hills), to see what everyone agrees and disagrees on.
Signage and information (brochure) are critical and should be worked on sooner rather than later.

·       Fees sub-committee will be Wayne Mosley, Michele Gottschlich, and David Nichols.

·       Policy sub-committee will be Pam Meyers, Mary Lou Isaac, and David Nichols.

Phi Lambda Pi Report:
·       As reported in the Commission packets.
·       The annual Awards Night program is this Saturday, March 17th.

Open Discussion: none

Motion to adjourn made at 8:20am by Michele Gottschlich; seconded by Doug Lohmeier. Motion approved.
